FAQs

How Much Is Shipping?

If you live in the US, shipping is free. We fulfill orders within 2 business days and use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, so your package will typically arrive within 3-5 business days once shipped. If you'd like expedited shipping, you may select that at checkout.

If you are outside of the US, we charge a flat $20 for shipping and will ship via UPS or DHL.

How Do Returns Work?

If you need to make a return, email orders@waxwinglabs.com or just reply to your order confirmation email. We'll send you detailed return information. Returns are free provided that the product is still like new. You can read our full refund and return policy here

Why Are Your Prices Higher Than Other Brands I See?

We try to be as transparent with pricing as we possibly can be so you will often find fabric and trim pricing within each product. We focus on finding exceptional fabrics, not fabrics that fit a specific price point. Many times we will find a fabric that in is cost-prohibitive for a big manufacturer to produce. That means the cost per yard is higher than normal, especially in small runs, but the quality is in our minds superior to anything else on the market. Fabric is our #1 expense on nearly every product we make and that won't change.

We also produce in the US (for example, the factory that does our cut & sew for 'the Willow' is located in Chicago and the hemp brand labels inside the waistband are produced in Florida) so our production costs are higher than companies that produce overseas. We believe in paying fair wages, as well as supporting the fashion industry within the US, so we'll continue supporting American companies whenever we can.

I Work At A Mill And I Have A Fabric You Might Love. How Do I Get in Touch?

Awesome! Use the contact form on the Contact Us page and put "New Fabrics" in the subject. We can't wait to see what you have to show us.

When Will Your Next Product Be Released?

We don't know! Part of the fun of this company is that we develop products as we find unique fabrics. We could roll out 3 or 4 products at the same time, or we may take months in between product launches. The fabric leads our timelines.
